The experience at Lexus Preston was good because from the first call to the dealership speaking with reception, James the Sales Manager, then meeting Jasmine the sales specialist on the day of seeing the car. Both James and Jasmine were very helpful on the day of vehicle handover, the service was brilliant. Very friendly and professional. Extra little touches like a bouquet of flowers as it was my partners birthday the day before we picked up the car was a lovely touch. Jasmine explained all the features of the car at handover. Overall it was an extremely positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I'd recommend Lexus Preston to anyone because from first contact to the purchase of the vehicle Naomi was excellent.
Naomi was extremely personable and what I really liked was if she wasn’t sure about something she would go and check.
We had been to 3 other Lexus dealerships but by a long way Preston were the best for choice of vehicles and staff
